Something is wrong with these legendary collections, it is clear that they are not up to date anymore. So essentially I've just thrown about 120 golds in this first step and got 3 achievement points out of it, and have to throw even more, doubled with the grind in pre-HoT maps (that we've grinded too much already let's be honest), when I could buy the precursor for a measly 70 gold coins. More cost efficient, less time to invest. But then, I saw the second step, and I just decided I'd buy the precursor for 70 golds instead of having to deal with nearly 20 deldrimmor ingots and spiritwood planks more. Finished up the first step, 10 deldrimmor ingots, 10 spiritwood planks, 10 elonian leathers, 100 memories of battle. Now I've been playing for years on and off now, since 2012 or something I think, so naturally I went for the Legendary collection. Since the ghost hands are unavoidable, you will have 25 stacks of the debuff towards the end, and you will have to rely on the subsequent ghost hands to give you alacrity and clear the boss's Guilt Explotation stacks.After finishing my Shining Blade (glorious-looking sword, no regrets), I embarked on a new journey to get the fabulous Moot! If you want to get the Fearless achievement, focus on breaking the defiance bar using as few hits as possible to minimize the stacks of Dynamic Damage Reduction, then burst attack when the boss is down. Use a condition build or a minion master build to account for the stacking Crushing Guilt debuff, since minions are not affected and conditions have long durations. To make this boss fight easy, ask the ghosts for help and use the Minor Breakthrough skill on the boss every time. You can interact with the Ghosts and ask for help before they disappear, you will then receive a Minor Breakthrough skill that instantly breaks the bar of the boss and removes all stacks of Guilt Exploitation and Dynamic Damage Reduction.So your cooldowns will be long but the boss will receive 96% of the incoming damage From the 26th time you get hit by the Ghost hand onwards, you gain an alacrity buff for 5s every 20s, you will not receive any more Crushing Guilt debuff beyond the stack of 25, and it will also reduce the boss's Guilt Exploitation stack down to 1.Every time you get hit by the Ghost hand, the boss receives a stacking buff called Guilt Exploitation that decreases incoming damage by 4% per stack and increases outgoing damage by 4% per stack, up to 25 stacks.Every time you get hit by the Ghost hand, you gain a permanent *Crushing Guilt debuff that increases weapon swap cooldown and skills recharge by 5s, and lowers movement speed by 3% per stack, up to 25 stacks.Periodically Ghosts will appear around the arena and send out ghostly hands toward you, those hands are not dodgeable.Breaking the boss's breakbar will allow you to deal damage without stacking Dynamic Damage Reduction, however existing stacks of Dynamic Damage Reduction will remain and slowly dissipate.Every time you attack the boss Manifestation of self-Doubt, it gains a temporary stacking debuff called Dynamic Damage Reduction, which reduces incoming damage by 5% per stack, up to 20 stacks or 100% immune to damage.The next part is a boss fight with a few unique mechanics. If your goal is to kill 50 enemies, then try to AOE them all down within the 2 minute limit as the mobs deal significantly more damage afterwards. Other strategies including stealth resurrecting NPCs to help and kiting enemies to Anise so she can tank them. So if your goal is to stay alive as long as you can, kill all but 1 enemy in the first wave and just run around avoiding damage. When Shadow leaves at the 2 minute mark, the enemy start to hit much harder.The next wave only spawns if you completely kill the previous wave.Once you hold out for 2 minutes, you can die and continue the mission.
